• California Water Service Group Holding (CWT): CWT stock is up 1.5% today on 2 times normal volume.

• WGL Holdings Inc (WGL): WGL stock is up 1.2% today.

• Mge Energy Inc (MGEE): MGEE stock is up 0.9% today.

• Itc Holdings (ITC): ITC stock is up 1.2% today.

• Allete Inc (ALE): ALE stock is up 1.3% today.

• El Paso Electric Company (EE): EE stock is up 1.3% today.

• The Aes Corp (AES): AES stock is up 1.1% today.

• Northwest Natural Gas Company (NWN): NWN stock is up 1.2% today.

Some of the biggest losers among utilities stocks include:

• Enbridge Inc (ENB): ENB stock is down 2.0%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Energy Transfer Equity LP (ETE): ETE stock is down 1.5% today.

• PPL Corp (PPL): PPL stock is down 1.1% today on 2 times normal volume.

• Covanta Holding Corp (CVA): CVA stock is down 1.0%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Entergy Corp (ETR): ETR stock is down 1.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Centerpoint Energy Inc (CNP): CNP stock is down 0.5% today.

• Edison International (EIX): EIX stock is down 0.6% today.

• Ugi Corp (UGI): UGI stock is down 0.4% today.

• Spectra Energy Corp (SE): SE stock is down 0.4% today.
