Costa Inc. Class A (ATX) is progressing from last week’s rating of B (“buy”) as the company improves to an A (“strong buy”) this week. A. T. Cross is a designer and marketer of branded personal accessories including writing instruments, watches, reading glasses, personal and business accessories and sunglasses. The rating of Culp, Inc. (CFI) moves up this week, rising from a C to a B.
