Apps: Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) has increased the size of apps that can be uploaded to the App Store, reports MacRumors. App developers can now upload apps up to 4GB in size to the App Store. The previous size limit was 2GB. The new size limit will likely be used by game developers to include higher quality graphics and longer games. The old limitations have limited the quality of games and kept many from the store. However, with Retina display becoming more prominent in Apple devices, the increased size will offer more options for developers.

Cook: Apple CEO Tim Cook is reportedly on his way to Israel for the opening of office in the country, 9to5Mac notes. The new office being opened by the company in Israel will be in Herzliya. The building will be 180,000 square feet in size and able to house roughly 800 employees. The new offices are expected to open next week. While in the country, Cook may also be meeting with some of its top executives and government officials.

Camera: Apple has filed a patent that could increase image stability in its mobile devices, reports AppleInsider. The new patent is titled “Mirror Tilt Actuation”. Details of the patent show that the company would use mirrors in its mobile devices to help stability. This would be done with the help of a lens sensor and zoom lens that would have movable pieces. These chagnes would help more light get into the camera. The sensor would also move and tilt to compensate for a person’s movement.
