Release: A new rumor claims that the Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) Watch will be released in early April, reports MacRumors. The rumor, which is claimed to have come from sources with inside knowledge, states that the tech company will start moving shipments of the device to distribution centers within the first few days of the month. The sources estimate that the devices could start selling sometime between April 6 and April 10. The company is expected to announce the Watch’s release date in March.

Lawsuit: Apple is up against a lawsuit from Smartflash Technologies for alleged patent infringement, AppleInsider notes. The lawsuit claims that the company has violated Smartflash patents with its iTunes, App Store and iAd services. It claims that these services violate seven of its patents that are titled “Data Storage and Access Systems”. The lawsuit was filed in the same U.S. District Court in Texas where Samrtflash just won $533 million from the tech company for patent infringement. Smartflash is seeking reimbursement for damages is claims Apple’s services caused it.

RAM: A new report claims that Apple may be looking to upgrade the RAM in its next-generation devcies , reports BGR. According to the report, the tech company could be looking to increase the RAM in its next-generation iPhone to 2GB. This would be double the RAM when compared to what the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus come equipped with. The report also claims that the company will be setting the rumored iPad Pro up with 4GB of RAM and the upcoming Watch will have 0.5GB of RAM.
