Stress tests conducted by some reviewers for the Watch have had them dipping it in water to see just how well it holds up. However, one reviewer went even further and went swimming with the device on his wrist for 15 minutes. The smartwatch came out of the ordeal unaffected by the water. This falls in line with Apple CEO Tim Cook saying he’s worn his in the shower. It surpasses the level of waterproofing that the tech company claims the wearable device has.

Plug: With the launch of the Apple Watch in the UK, customers have gotten a look at the company’s new charger for the country, reports AppleInsider. The new power adapter for the Watch looks like a small rounded block. The three prongs that come out of it that are plugged into the wall can fold into the block. This gives the device an overall more compact and easy to carry around feel. The new plug was seen last week when ex-rugby player Will Carling showed one off in photos.

Teardown: Now that the Apple Watch has been released, the teardowns of the device has started, reports 9to5Mac. One teardown of the Watch revealed that it’s equipped with a heart-rate monitor that can also act as a pulse oximeter. This feature of the device isn’t currently activated. However, when ,or if, it’s activated, it could allow for monitoring of oxygen levels in a person’s blood. It’s possible that this sensor isn’t active yet because it hasn’t been approved by the FDA. It could also be that the monitor isn’t as accurate as Apple wants it to be.
