Consumer noncyclical stocks advanced broadly on Wall Street so far on Tuesday, with the sector seeing an overall increase of 0.3%.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.1%, the Nasdaq rose 0.5% and the S&P 500 climbed 0.1%.

  • Cal-Maine Foods (CALM): CALM stock is up 1.9% today.
  • Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc (DPS): DPS stock is up 1.3% today.
  • Constellation Brands Inc (STZ): STZ stock is up 1.1% today.
  • British American Tobacco Industries (BTI): BTI stock is up 1.1% today.
  • Unilever Nv (UN): UN stock is up 1.1% today.
  • Unilever Plc (UL): UL stock is up 1.0% today.
  • National Beverage (FIZZ): FIZZ stock is up 0.9% today.
  • Procter & Gamble Company (PG): PG stock is up 0.7% today.
  • Reynolds American Inc (RAI): RAI stock is up 0.9% today.

Some of the biggest losers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:

  • Hormel Foods Corp (HRL): HRL stock is down 2.8% today.
  • Sanderson Farms (SAFM): SAFM stock is down 1.5% today.
  • Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (COKE): COKE stock is down 1.4% today.

  • Seaboard Corp (SEB): SEB stock is down 1.2% today.
  • Tyson Foods (TSN): TSN stock is down 1.0% today.
