Basic materials stocks declined broadly on Wall Street on Wednesday morning, with the sector seeing an overall decline of 0.5%.
More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.9%, the Nasdaq declined 1.1% and the S&P 500 fell 0.9%.

- Pan American Silver (PAAS): PAAS stock is up 4.1% today.
- Eldorado Gold Corp (EGO): EGO stock is up 4.1% today.
- Yamana Gold (AUY): AUY stock is up 3.6% today.
- New Gold Inc (NGD): NGD stock is up 3.8% today.
- Compania Mina Buenaventura S.A. (BVN): BVN stock is up 3.7% today.
- Kinross Gold Corp (KGC): KGC stock is up 2.7% today.
- Mrc Global Inc (MRC): MRC stock is up 3.0% today.
- Royal Gold (RGLD): RGLD stock is up 2.7% today.
- Aluminum Corporation of China Ltd (ACH): ACH stock is up 2.6% today.

- Carpenter Technology Corp (CRS): CRS stock is down 4.7% today.
- Century Aluminum Company (CENX): CENX stock is down 3.1% today.
- Nucor Corp (NUE): NUE stock is down 3.6% today.
- Domtar Corp (UFS): UFS stock is down 3.2% today.
- Quaker Chemical Corp (KWR): KWR stock is down 1.1% today.
- Sun Hydraulics Corp (SNHY): SNHY stock is down 2.6% today.
- Steel Dynamics (STLD): STLD stock is down 2.4% today.
- Kapstone Paper and Packaging Corp (KS): KS stock is down 1.8% today.
- Ternium S.A. (TX): TX stock is down 2.0% today.
