- Petrochina Company Limited (PTR): PTR stock is up 4.3% today.
- Nabors Industries (NBR): NBR stock is up 4.3% today.
- Cnooc Limited (CEO): CEO stock is up 3.1% today.
- Ypf Sociedad Anonima (YPF): YPF stock is up 2.6% today.
- Patterson-Uti Energy (PTEN): PTEN stock is up 2.7% today.
- Totalfinaelf S.A. (TOT): TOT stock is up 3.1% today.
- Rose Rock Midstream L.P. (RRMS): RRMS stock is up 3.3% today.

- Holly Energy Partners L.P. (HEP): HEP stock is down 6.7% today.
- Western Refining (WNR): WNR stock is down 1.4% today.
- Alon USA Energy (ALJ): ALJ stock is down 1.2% today.
- Delek US Holdings (DK): DK stock is down 2.3% today.
- Bristow Group Inc (BRS): BRS stock is down 1.1% today.
- Tesoro Petroleum Corp (TSO): TSO stock is down 0.8% today.
- Petroleo Brasileiro S.A.- Petrobras (PBR): PBR stock is down 3.5% today.
- IHS Inc (IHS): IHS stock is down 0.5% today.
- Consol Energy Inc (CNX): CNX stock is down 1.3% today.
