Sony (NYSE:SNE) has announced the PlayStation Plus free games for April 2015.
PlayStation 4 owners have three options for their PlayStation Plus free games for April 2015. The first free game is Never Alone, a survival puzzle game set during a harsh winter in Alaska. The second game is Tower of Guns, which puts players in the role of a gunman trying to survive a tower full of enemies. The final game for PS4 owners is Aaru’s Awakening and it’s a platformer set in Iceland.
PlayStation 3 owners are going to see a lot of overlap with PlayStation 4 owners for their PlayStation Plus free games for April 2015. PS3 owners will also have access to Aaru’s Awakening and Tower of Guns in April. However, instead of Never Alone, they get access to the stealth-action game Dishonored.
PS Vita owners looking forward to their PlayStation Plus free games for April 2015 won’t likely be disappointed. They get one less game than PS4 and PS4 owners, but they don’t share any of the same titles either. The first free game for Vita owners is MonsterBag. The game requires skill als players try to solve puzzles to reach their friend. Killzone Mercenary is the next title on the list. This first-person shooter offers players a solid single and multiplayer experience.
SNE shares were up 2% as of Thursday afternoon.
