Fredericks won The Voice on Tuesday night’s season eight finale. During the finale, he performed alongside John Fogerty for Born on the Bayou, Bad Moon Rising and Have You Ever Seen the Rain. Fredericks was coached by Pharrell Williams, reports Rolling Stone.
The other three contestants for The Voice 2015 were Koryn Hawthorne, Joshua Davis and Meghan Linsey. Linsey took second place, Davis took third place and Hawthorne took fourth place. The finale also saw guests appearances from Kelly Clarkson, Sheryl Crow, Maroon 5, Luke Bruan and others, Rolling Stone notes.
