The video shows a a baby that is dunked into water and moved about roughly for two minutes. During the video, the baby is screaming and it goes quiet at the end. Facebook originally defended the video as a form of baby yoga, but has changed its mind on the matter, reports The Telegraph.

Facebook has now updated its statement on the video to say that it also finds it disturbing. It also said that it sometimes leaves controversial videos like this up if they are being used to bring awareness to the matter or are condemning it, which it will do in this case. However, if the video is shared for other reasons, it will be removed, The Telegraph notes.

“The fact that Facebook has reviewed it and allowed it to stand, is staggering,”Gabrielle Shaw, CEO of the National Association for People Abused in Childhood, told Daily Mail. “It is right to question urgently why Facebook seems to be condoning what is in essence a form of child abuse.”
