Tracker: A new fitness tracker for swimmers is being added to the Apple (AAPL) Store, reports AppleInsider. The fitness tracker is being made by Misfit and Speedo and is called the “Speedo Shine”. The new fitness tracker will be exclusively available at the tech company’s retail locations. It will cost $79.99 and is expected to be available on Sept. 1. It syncs with the Misfit iOS app and will soon be able to work with the Speedo fitness app. The device can track swimming, running, cycling and can monitor different types of sleep.
Color: Images of a Rose Gold iPhone 6s have been making their way around the web, 9to5Mac notes. The images of the Rose Gold iPhone 6s are likely fake. They first popped up in March of this year and include packaging and an Apple Store bag in the background. While the photos of the Rose Gold iPhone 6s are likely fake, this doesn’t mean that this won’t be a color option for the new smartphone. Analysts have predicted that the next generation of the iPhone could get a Rose Gold color option.
TV: A new report claims that the Apple TV may run on iOS 9, reports Business Insider. According to the report, the next generation of the set-top box will run on a custom version of iOS 9. This version will likely be optimized for TV use. It’s believed that the switch to iOS 9 is the reason that the device was delayed from its rumored release earlier this year. Apple is expected to announce the new TV during its event next month, which is also when the iPhone 6s will likely be revealed.
