Event: Apple (AAPL) has finally confirmed the Sept. 9 event that was only previously rumored, reports MacRumors. According to this new information, the tech company will hold its next event at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, Calif. The first press invites for the event have been sent out and they include the message “Hey Siri, give us a hint.” Asking the virtual assistant will get users a few responses, with most of them being that they have to wait until Sept 9 to learn anything. Apple is expected to announce the iPhone 6 s at the event.
Color: Yet another rumor claims that Apple’s upcoming iPhone 6s will come in “Rose Gold”, 9to5Mac notes. According to this rumor, the Rose Gold color option for the iPhone 6s will have some similarities to the Gold option that was first introduced with the iPhone 5s. One of these is that the screen back will be white instead of black. However, the device itself will still likely be made of aluminum. There were rumors that the new device would have a sapphire glass display, but now its believed that it will have the same Ion-X glass as other iPhones.
Earbuds: A new patent granted to Apple details earbuds that the company may be working on, reports AppleInsider. The patent details a set of wireless earbuds that are able to adjust noise cancelling via a variety of sensors. These earbuds are listed as being able to determine the different wind levels outside and can pick up a wearer’s voice via microphones. It would also contain accelerometers that would detect a users voice through tissue and bones. The device could also converse power by detecting if it was actually in an owner’s ear or not.
