• Cobalt International Energy (CIE): CIE stock is up 6.7% today.

• Atwood Oceanics (ATW): ATW stock is up 6.4% today.

• Ensco Plc (ESV): ESV stock is up 6.4% today.

• Noble Corp (NE): NE stock is up 6.0% today.

• Synergy Resources Cp (SYRG): SYRG stock is up 5.5% today.

• Sunoco L.P. (SUN): SUN stock is down 4.5% today on 2 times normal volume.

• Amerigas Partners L.P. (APU): APU stock is down 1.9% today.

• IHS Inc (IHS): IHS stock is down 1.4% today.

• Cnooc Limited (CEO): CEO stock is down 1.4% today.

• Ngl Energy Partners LP (NGL): NGL stock is down 1.8% today.
