The software that the tech company has removed from the Purchase tab includes OS X Lion, OS X Mountain Lion, OS X Mavericks, Aperture and iPhoto. AAPL hasn’t announce why it removed these apps from the Purchased tab, but it could be to prevent users from downloading software that it no longer supports. However, Aperture still runs on OS X El Capitan. Users aren’t happy about the change and have taken to voicing their complaints with it online.

Sales: Apple has announced that it sold more than 13 million of its new iPhones over the weekend, 9to5Mac notes. These new numbers means that the company broke its former record of iPhone sales during a launch weekend. The former record was set by the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus last year when the devices sold more than 10 million units during its first three days of availability. CEO Tim Cook said that owners of the new iPhones have praised its 3D Touch and Live Photos features.

Watch: A new rumor claims that the Apple Watch 2 won’t be out until mid to late next year, reports AppleInsider. This rumor comes from a memo by Cowen and Company. The memo claims that tours of Asian suppliers for parts show that they won’t be ready for the second generation of the Watch until at least the middle of 2016. The memo notes that the tech company will likely use a similar design for the new Watch as the current model. However, it claims that the device will have more room for a larger battery. Cowen estimates that Apple will ship a minimum of 45 million of its Watches in 2016.
