A police union is calling for a nationwide boycott of Arby’s after an employee denied a police officer service.

Jennifer Martin was the police officer that was denied service at an Arby’s location. The official report states that an employee refused to serve her and the manager defended the employee. She was still served her food, but decided to get a refund instead. The fast-food chain has apologized for the incident, CBS News notes.

Kenny Davenport, the employee that refused to service police officer Martin, said that he didn’t deny her service, but asked his manager to handle the situation because he was too busy. He also claims that the manager was making a joke when they said he had denied to serve the officer, reports Miami New Times.
