Yum Brands’ (YUM) KFC is testing out home delivery in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

kfc-home-delivery-yumKFC is partnering with DoorDash to deliver any items from its menu to customers living in those two cities. Orders must be made through the DoorDash app and delivery fees range from $4.99 and $6.99. Some menu items will increase in price when ordered this way, but items on the value menu won’t change, reports Associated Press.

KFC wants to have its delivery service available in 100 locations in the two cities before it looks to expand it further. It said that it plans to launch the delivery service in Houston by the end of the year. The fast food chain already offers home delivery in many other parts of the world, Associated Press notes.

“I think consumers really want three things: value, quality food and convenience,” Chris Caldwell, U.S. Chief Information Officer at KFC, told NBC News. “I think DoorDash really solves the last one.”
