The new lawsuit against AAPL claims that iOS 9 significantly slows down the iPhone 4s and that some owners had to buy new iPhones to get around the issue. It’s seeking $5 million in damages from the tech company and claims Apple didn’t proper warn owners of older devices that they would be slowed down by the update.

Time: Apple took great care to make sure its Apple Watch was an accurate timepiece, Mashable notes. Kevin Lynch, VP of Technology at the company, described just how the Watch is able to keep time as well as it does. He said that it uses a time server GPS system that is connected to the U.S. Naval Observatory to get its time. This system is one level below an atomic clock and corrections are constantly made. Lynch said this system makes the Watch four times more accurate than the iPhone.

OLED: A new rumor claims Apple is close to securing OLED deals from LG and Samsung (SSNLF), reports International Business Times. It’s rumored that the flexible OLED displays that will be acquired from Samsung and LG as part of the rumored deals will be used in the iPhone 8. More display suppliers are reportedly switching over supply lines from LCD to OLED to make the new screens. The tech company already uses OLED displays in its Apple Watch.
