According to The Wall Street Journal, inspectors for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services found “serious deficiencies” at the Theranos lab. If these problems aren’t fixed, it could result in the lab’s suspension from Medicare.

The problems that were discovered in the Theranos lab are claimed to be worse than the ones discovered in it during its 2013 inspection. The startup said it doesn’t have the results from the inspection yet. Sources claim that the results will be made public in the near future, reports WSJ.

Theranos is also facing an investigation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration over its lab practices. The investigation was started following two complaints from former employees.
