iPhone Speed Throttling: A new report claims that AAPL is throttling the iPhone 7 on Verizon networks, reports AppleInisder. According to this report, the tech company is throttling Verizon iPhone 7 speeds so that they better align with AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) iPhone 7 speeds.  The smartphone has different modems depending on which carrier it is on. The modem in the Verizon model is faster than the one in the AT&T model . However, they perform roughly the same. The modem in the VZ iPhone 7 is the same as the one in Samsung’s Galaxy S7. It has network speeds close to double the iPhone 7 on Verizon’s network.

iOS Flaw: There is a new flaw in Apple’s mobile oeprating system, BGR notes. The security flaw allows anyone to access a person’s contacts, conversations and photos if they have physical access to the iOS device. The flaw requires a long series of steps and Siri must be on for it to work. It also requires that the device be running iOS 8 or higher for it to work. AAPL will most likely fix the problem with an update.

Touch Disease Repair: Apple is finally offering to fix Touch Disease in iPhoen 6 Plus devices, reports MacRumors. The new program allows owners of an iPhone 6 Plus that has been hit with Touch Disease to bring it in for repair. Unfortunately, the repair process will cost customers $149. The tech company claims the problem is due to the devices being dropped, but others say that it is a problem with how the smartphones were made.
