Hard 2 Find Accessories, a seller of electronic devices and accessories, is suing Apple (AAPL) and Amazon (AMZN) over an alleged conspiracy.

amzn-amazonIn Hard 2 Find Accessories’ filing, the seller claims that Apple and Amazon worked together to remove its products from the latter’s online store due to its low prices. The seller claims that it’s now losing out on $180,000 a month due to its items being removed from the store, CNET notes.

Apple allegedly requested the items to be removed from Amazon’s store because it believed they were counterfeits. However, Hard 2 Find Accessories’ suit states that Amazon didn’t go through with a through investigation before removing the items from its store. The seller claims that this is all part of an “anti-competitive” conspiracy, CNET notes.

Hard 2 Find Accessories’s lawsuit claims that it received notifications from Amazon of infringement complaints from Apple after June 18, 2013, which is when its seller privileges were taken away by Amazon. The lawsuit claims that these complaints had no basis as the seller wasn’t able to do business when they were filed.
