daily apple rumors AAPLLeaked: A leaked image of what is claimed to be the flex cable for the Lightning and headphone pieces of Apple’s (AAPL) iPhone 6 were shown off today, MacRumors notes. The image shows a similar set up for the same parts in the iPhone 5s, but there are a few small differences that make it stand out, such as dual screw holes near the top of the headphone jack part. Another leaked image shows a supposed rear case of the iPhone 6. The image has holes that would match up with where the screws near the top of the headphone jack would go.

This includes releasing between 70 million and 80 million units of the iPhone 6. These numbers include both the 4.5-inch and phablet versions of the iPhone 6. The company is supposedly asking its manufacturers to have this many units of the devices ready by Dec. 30.
