More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 0.5%, the Nasdaq increased 0.5% and the S&P 500 was up 0.5%.

• Enstar Group Limited (ESGR): ESGR stock is up 2.2% today.

• Cigna Corp (CI): CI stock is up 1.8%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Fortress Investment Group (FIG): FIG stock is up 1.7%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• KB Financial Group Inc (KB): KB stock is up 1.7% today.

• Berkshire Hath Hld B (BRK.B): BRK.B stock is up 1.7%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Genworth Financial Inc (GNW): GNW stock is up 1.7% today.

• Berkshire Hath Hld A (BRK.A): BRK.A stock is up 1.6%, marking the seventh consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Tortoise MLP Fund (NTG): NTG stock is up 1.6% today.

• Cno Financial Group (CNO): CNO stock is up 1.5% today.

• Aspen Insurance Holdings (AHL): AHL stock is up 1.4%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.

Some of the biggest losers among financial stocks include:

• Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (ASPS): ASPS stock is down 1.9% today and down 21.7% in the last month.

• First Bancorp (FBP): FBP stock is down 1.3% today.

• Home Loan Servicing Solutions (HLSS): HLSS stock is down 1.3% today.

• Pinnacle Financial Partners (PNFP): PNFP stock is down 1.1% today.

• Envestnet Inc (ENV): ENV stock is down 1.0% today.

• Och-Ziff Capital Management (OZM): OZM stock is down 1.0% today.

• Glacier Bancorp (GBCI): GBCI stock is down 1.0% today.

• First Financial Bankshares (FFIN): FFIN stock is down 0.9% today.

• Banco Santander-Chile Ads (BSAC): BSAC stock is down 0.9%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Mitsubishi Ufj Financial Group Inc (MTU): MTU stock is down 0.9% today.
