Owners of Apple’s (AAPL) iPhone 6 Plus have reported that the devices bend easily.
Several iPhone 6 Plus owners have reported that the devices are bending easily while being left in their pockets. These complaints have been seen on many websites dedicated to Apple products, reports USA Today.
A video showing how easy the iPhone 6 Plus bends was also posted to YouTube. In the video highlighting how easy it is to bend Apple’s iPhone 6 Plus, the person shows that applying moderate pressure to the device causes it to bend. The bending becomes worse near the volume and power buttons, USA Today
notes.
A video comparing the Samsung (SSNLF) Galaxy Note 3, a 5.7-inch smartphone, to the iPhone 6 Plus, which is 5.5-inches, in the bending department showed much better results. Unlike the iPhone 6 Plus, the Galaxy Note 3 bent slightly, but wasn’t warped or bent after pressure was taken off of it, reports Business Insider.
AAPL shares were down slightly as of Wednesday afternoon.
