- Packaging Corporation of America (PKG): PKG stock is up 2.3% today.
- International Paper Company (IP): IP stock is up 1.9% today.
- Kapstone Paper and Packaging Corp (KS): KS stock is up 2.2% today.
- Century Aluminum Company (CENX): CENX stock is up 2.0% today.
- Trex Company (TREX): TREX stock is up 1.6% today.
- Graphic Packaging Holding Company (GPK): GPK stock is up 1.6% today.
- Sonoco Products Company (SON): SON stock is up 1.4% today.
- Terra Nitrogen Company L.P. (TNH): TNH stock is up 1.4% today.
Some of the biggest losers among basic materials stocks include:
- Cliffs Natural Resources Inc (CLF): CLF stock is down 9.0% today and down 35.6% in the last month.
- Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited (AEM): AEM stock is down 5.9% today.
- Kinross Gold Corp (KGC): KGC stock is down 5.4% today.
- Anglogold Ashanti Ltd (AU): AU stock is down 4.8% today and down 28.2% in the last month.
- Pan American Silver (PAAS): PAAS stock is down 4.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Gold Fields Ltd (GFI): GFI stock is down 4.6% today.
- Yamana Gold (AUY): AUY stock is down 4.2% today and down 24.7% in the last month.
- Ternium S.A. (TX): TX stock is down 4.1% today.
- New Gold Inc (NGD): NGD stock is down 3.9% today.
- Goldcorp Inc (GG): GG stock is down 3.6% today.
