Here are your Apple Rumors for today:
3D: A new rumor claims that Apple (AAPL) is working on an iPhone that will have a 3D display that doesn’t require glasses, reports MacRumors. The rumor calims that the 3D display would be part of the company’s efforts to create a 3D “hardware and software ecosystem.” The tech company has shown an interest in 3D displays in the past and filed a patent several years ago for a 3D display that doesn’t use glasses. However, this doesn’t mean that this is the future of the company or the iPhone. The website reporting this rumor also claimed that the company would ditch the iPhone brand with its recently released smartphone and is the source of rumors that the company will discontinue the iPad mini line.

The source behind these price rumors also maintains that the company is looking at a Valentine’s Day launch for Watch.
Russia: Reports that Russia is banning the iPhone and other iOS devices are wrong, reports BGR. Russia has no plans to ban Apple’s devices, but it does want iCloud data to be stored locally. The country has announced that it wants the tech company to store all iCloud data for its devices in the country in Russia. This doesn’t mean that the devices will be banned if Apple doesn’t meet these demands. Instead, the company could sell devices that have iCloud features turned off or removed.
