• Northwest Natural Gas Company (NWN): NWN stock is up 0.6% today.

• One Gas Inc. (OGS): OGS stock is up 0.5% today on 2 times normal volume.

• National Fuel Gas Company (NFG): NFG stock is up 0.5% today.

• Boardwalk Pipeline Partners L.P. (BWP): BWP stock is up 0.2% today.

• Cleco Power Llc (CNL): CNL stock is up 0.2% today.

Some of the biggest losers among utilities stocks include:

• Oneok Partners L.P. (OKS): OKS stock is down 3.0% today on 3 times normal volume.

• Xcel Energy Inc (XEL): XEL stock is down 3.1% today on 3 times normal volume.

• Cms Energy Corp (CMS): CMS stock is down 2.5% today.

• Hawaiian Electric Industries (HE): HE stock is down 2.3% today.

• Vectren Corp (VVC): VVC stock is down 2.2% today.

• National Grid Transco Plc (NGG): NGG stock is down 2.2% today.

• Consolidated Edison Company of New York (ED): ED stock is down 2.2% today.

• Teco Energy (TE): TE stock is down 2.1% today.

• Korea Electric Power Corp (KEP): KEP stock is down 2.1% today.
