The highest-paid women in music have all hauled in at least $40 million apiece over the last year.
Forbes‘ annual list of the highest-paid women in music includes some of the most recognizable pop stars in the world including Taylor Swift, who recently pulled her music from Spotify.
Here’s the full top five of the highest-paid women in music.
- Beyonce: The pop star tops the list, earning $115 million over the last year. She played close to 100 shows over the last year and continued raking the dough in through her numerous endorsements, which include Pepsi and H&M.
- Taylor Swift: The “Shake It Off” star made $64 million thanks to her new album, 1989, as well as her endorsements with Diet Coke and CoverGirl.
- Pink: The 35-year-old singer’s career may have waned over the last decade but she still makes the list. Pink earned $52 million over a 12-month period that included 85 concerts.
- Rihanna: Rihanna continues to build her reputation as one of the biggest musical acts in the world, earning $48 million last year.
- Katy Perry: The “Dark Horse” singer has plenty of endorsements with brands such as CoverGirl and Pop Chips. Perry earned $40 million over the last year.
