• Centrais Elc Braz Pfb B Elbras (EBR): EBR stock is up 3.2% today and up 21.0% in the last month.

• Companhia Paranaense De Energia (ELP): ELP stock is up 0.3% today.

• Comp En De Mn Cemig Ads (CIG): CIG stock is up 1.0% today.

• Cpfl Energia S.A. (CPL): CPL stock is up 0.3% today.

• Cheniere Energy Partners LP (CQP): CQP stock is up 0.3%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Oneok Partners L.P. (OKS): OKS stock is up 0.8% today.

• Atlas Energy Llc (ATLS): ATLS stock is up 0.5% today and up 20.4% in the last month.

• Energy Transfer Partners (ETP): ETP stock is up 0.8% today.

Some of the biggest losers among utilities stocks include:

• Huaneng Power Intl (HNP): HNP stock is down 6.1% today.

• One Gas Inc. (OGS): OGS stock is down 2.4% today.

• Scana Corp (SCG): SCG stock is down 1.2% today.

• Portland General Electric Company (POR): POR stock is down 1.6% today.

• El Paso Electric Company (EE): EE stock is down 1.4% today.

• Idacorp Inc (IDA): IDA stock is down 1.5% today.

• Dte Energy Company (DTE): DTE stock is down 1.3% today.

• Empire District Electric Company (EDE): EDE stock is down 0.9% today.

• Ameren Corp (AEE): AEE stock is down 1.0% today.

• Great Plains Energy Inc (GXP): GXP stock is down 1.2% today.
