A campaign to raise money for a dog battling cancer titled ‘Photo Doggies for Anthony’ has gone viral.

The Facebook event is in support of Anthony Lyons, an adorable pooch currently undergoing chemo at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The 16-year-old has acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Photo Doggies for Anthony asks dog owners to send pictures of their pets as an act of solidarity for Lyons. Anthony’s owners say he’s already received more than half a million photos from all over the world.
“Your pets have brightened our days so much and it just shows you the power of pet thearapy and animal healing,” reads an update from the Facebook page.
“This just shows what great people animal lovers are and we are really feeling the love from you and your pets in this difficult time.”
