The images of the new Google Glass were discovered on the Federal Communications Commission’s website. These images show the overall look of the new smartglasses. Included in the images are those that show the circuitry inside the device. It’s still unknown when the device will release, reports Cnet.
The leaked images of Google Glass on the FCC’s website also include a letter that allows a third party to take care of the authorization process. There’s also a small manual for the new pair of smartglasses, Cnet notes.
Google Glass 2.0 may be going under a different name when it’s finally released, possibly in 2016. Several members of the comapny’s team that are working on the device list themselves as working on “Project Aura”, which could be the smartglasses’ new name.
