Tomorrow is National Adoption Day 2016.
The day attempts to find homes for orphans and some of the more than 100,000 children living in foster care in the U.S. Thousands of children have found a home thanks to the creation of the social movement.
More than 58,500 children have found homes thanks to the initiatives brought forward by the day. Last year, more than 4,000 children found a home on National Adoption Day, which marked the 16th annual edition of the day.
These children found homes in more than 400 cities around the U.S. In honor of the day, we have compiled five of the most beautiful adoption quotes we could find with the hopes that those seeking children may consider adoption.

“Not flesh of my flesh.
Not bone of my bone. But still miraculously my own.
And never forget for a minute.
You were not born under my heart.
You were born in my heart.”

“I didn’t give you the gift of life,
But in my heart I know.
The love I feel is deep and real,
As if it had been so.
For us to have each other
Is like a dream come true!
No, I didn’t give you
The gift of life,
Life gave me the gift of you.”
