  • The test store is located at 2131 7th Ave, Seattle, Wash.
  • It is currently only open to Amazon employees that are part of its Beta program.

  • Customers sign into this app before entering the concept store.
  • Once inside the store, customers can browse just like any other retail location.
  • When customers go to leave the store, there is no need to checkout.
  • This means that customers can simply leave the shop with their selected items.
  • It also allows customers to end their shopping trips without long waits in lines.
  • The total of their shopping trip at the store will be charged to their Amazon account.
  • Customers will then be sent a receipt for the transaction.
  • The Amazon Go store uses computer vision, sensor fusion, and deep learning to track its customers’ shopping experience.
