According to this rumor, the tech company is having trouble getting the audio in the two earpieces to sync. This comes from an unnamed source with insider information. The problem is that the AirPods aren’t connected to each other with a wire and this can cause them to play audio that is slightly offset from each other. It is still unknown when the AirPods will be coming out.
iPhone Replacement: A danish court is demanding that Apple replaces a man’s old iPhone with a new one, MacRumors notes. The man was seeking a replacement for his iPhone 4 and AAPL was offering a refurbished one. However, local laws require that new models be given to customers when they seek replacements. AAPL has the ability to appeal the decision to a higher court and will likely do so.
TSMC: Taiwan Semiconductor Mfg. Co. Ltd. (ADR) (NYSE:TSM), an Apple chip supplier, is looking to make more powerful chips soon, reports BGR. The supplier wants to build a $15.7 billion factory to develop 5-nanometer and 3-nanometer chips at. It is also rumored to be the provider of A11 chips for next year’s iPhone, which could be the iPhone 8. It has already acted as a supplier of chips for AAPL products, including the A10 chips found in the iPhone 7.
