Dunkin Brands Group Inc (NASDAQ:DNKN) is introducing a new drink, but you can’t find it at Dunkin’ Donuts.

Dunkin' Punkin' Brown Ale: Dunkin' Donuts Beer Is Now a Thing

The new drink from Dunkin’ Donuts isn’t actually a coffee. Instead, it’s an ale. This is the Dunkin’ Punkin’ Brown Ale. The drink was made in collaboration with Catawba Brewing Company.

Those looking to drop in at their local Dunkin’ Donuts to try out the Dunkin’ Punkin’ Brown Ale are out of luck. The drink is only available at four of Catawba Brewing Company’s taste testing facilities in North Carolina.

There are also only 60 kegs of Dunkin’ Punkin’ Brown Ale. Once these are empty, the drink is gone. Those that live near a taste test facility can go check it out if they’re quick enough. However, that visit has to be today, Sept. 29, as its the only day the drink will be available, Fortune notes.

If you haven’t guessed by now, the Dunkin’ Punkin’ Brown Ale is a pumpkin flavored beer. It uses ingredients from Dunkin’ Donuts to get this flavor. While it is only a limited time item, the drink may return in the future if there is enough positive reception to it.

The introduction of Dunkin’ Donuts’ and Catawba Brewing Company’s Dunkin’ Punkin’ Brown Ale comes on the same day as National Coffee Day. Several coffee chains and other fast food companies are handing out free coffee to customers today. You can follow this link to see a list of locations offering free drinks today.

As of this writing, William White did not hold a position in any of the aforementioned securities.
