The video gives a good look at the device and several design elements from the iPad Air 2 can be seen in it. This includes the device being thinner and having a single row of speaker holes located near the Lightning port. It’s possible that the device could be thinner than the iPad Air 2.
Online: Apple Store employees are being told to
push customers toward ordering online. In a memo from Angela Ahrendts, the tech company’s Retail Chief, she tells Store employees that they should try to get more customer ordering online. The idea behind the memo is likely that the company wants to present people with the ability to avoid long lines to obtain its newest tech. The letter specifically asks employees to suggest online sales for customers interested in the new MacBook and Apple Watch.
MacBook: Prices for Apple’s 1.3GHz 12-inch MacBooks have been revealed, reports 9to5Mac. Expercom, an authorized Apple reseller, has announced that the 1.3GHz 12-inch MacBooks will cost $1,549 and includes 256GB of SSD storage. The 1.3GHz 12-inch MacBook with 512GB of storage will cost $1,749. In comparison, 1.1GHz version of the device will cost $1,299.
