Forbes has released its list of the 10 richest Americans in 2015.
The list is topped by technology wizard Bill Gates, who made his fortune with Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT). Billionaire investor Warren Buffet comes in at number two.

- Bill Gates – $76 billion
- Warren Buffett – $62 billion
- Larry Ellison – $47.5 billion
- Jeff Bezos – $47 billion
- Charles Koch – $41 billion
- David Koch – $41 billion
- Mark Zuckerberg – $40.3 billion
- Michael Bloomberg – $38.6 billion
- Jim Walton – $33.7 billion
- Larry Page – $33.3 billion
Just missing out on the top 10 are Sergey Brin, Alice Walton and S. Robson Walton, coming in at numbers 11, 12 and 13 respectively.
