The new Yosemite beta is available for download from the Mac App Store and Mac Developer Center. The beta includes the new Photos app. The Photos app is expected to be released in early 2015 and includes several features to make organizing and editing photos easier. The new app allows users to sync all of their devices up so that edits made to a photo on one will affect another.

Texting: A new update has been released for iOS 8 keyboard SwiftKey, 9to5Mac notes. The update to SwiftKey includes several new features. The new version adds in the emoji keyboard to the app so that users can access them without having to load up a separate keyboard. It also includes emoji predictions while users type. This lets users easily select the emoji they are looking for. The update also brings 11 more languages to the app.

Stream: A new report claims that Apple is working on its own streaming service, reports Recode. The tech company is reportedly in talks with TV programmers that would allow it to offer their shows through its service. The report claims that Apple has shown some of these TV programmers demos of the service. If the deal is real and content providers accept it, the company would be able to stream shows to users without them needing a cable subscription.
