Tesla Motors (NASDAQ:TSLA) CEO Elon Musk has revealed that his company is after Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) employees.

Apple employees that have jumped ship to join Tesla say their decision was based on the company’s CEO and its cars. Musk has been compared to late Apple founder Steve Jobs and his recruiters work to draw the same type of employees that Apple has. Apple is also reportedly trying to recruit from the car company, Bloomberg notes.

It’s possible Apple could be looking to build up its workforce with Tesla employees to help it create a self-driving car. Several vehicles that had cameras mounted on top of them were seen being driven around San Francisco recently.
