Friday Apple Rumors: ‘Project Titan’ Base May Be in California

Two unnamed sources claim that packages related to the under-wraps project have been sent to a building in the area. The sources claim that the building is named “SG5” and that several employees that were recruited from Tesla Motors (NASDAQ:TSLA) are working there. It’s believed that Project Titan may have something to do with the rumored Apple Car.

App: The final version of the Apple Watch companion app has been revealed, 9to5Mac notes. The Watch companion app for iPhones was shown off by a developer with access to it. The user interface for the app has a black background and appears similar to the Activity app. Several already reported features were confirmed in images of the app. There were also some new ones shown off, such as the ability to set if the Watch was sitting on a user’s left or right wrist.

Siri: A recent look through Apple’s iOS software license agreement has angered some users, reports BGR. A paragraph was discovered in the agreement that stated the tech company has the rights to all voice data collected via Siri and Dictation. The agreement says that the information is used to improve the applications. This falls in line with an earlier report from a Reddit user that claimed they sifted through Siri voice logs as part of their job to improve the technology.
