Hack: Apple’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) Safari was hacked during a competition being held in Vancouver, reports AppleInsider. The competition where Safari was hacked is called “Pwn2Own”. It allows competitors 30 minutes to hack a web browser without touching the machine. All they are allowed to do is navigate the device to a malicious website. The winner of the contest won $50,000 for his hack. It’s believed that the recent Safari betas may be in response to this hack.

Airlines: Several airlines are planning to release app for the Apple Watch when it launches, MacRumors notes. These apps will allow users to check on their flights’ status. This can include departure time, weather in the area and more. Some unique features include alerts for changed flight times and the ability to use the device at check-in for flights. The apps are designed to give users an easy way to check on their flight without having to search emails or open apps on their iPhones.

TV: A new rumor claims that Apple may announce the next Apple TV at the WWDC this summer, reports 9to5Mac. According to the rumor, the new TV will have an App Store and Siri support. It’s possible that the device will run on the company’s A8 processor. The rumor also claims that the tech company will give this new set-top box a redesign. The remote may also go through some changes, which could include easier to press buttons.
