Disney (NYSE:DIS) has released the second trailer for its upcoming Tomorrowland movie.
The film stars George Clooney and Britt Robertson and it appears to be inspired by Disney’s theme park with the same name.
The official synopsis that Disney gives for Tomorrowland is as follows:
Bound by a shared destiny, former boy-genius Frank (Clooney), jaded by disillusionment, and Casey (Britt Robertson), a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity, embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space known only as “Tomorrowland.” What they must do there changes the world—and them—forever.
Tomorrowland will also include Hugh Laurie, David Nix, Raffey Cassidy, Tim McGraw and others as part of its cast.
Tomorrowland is set to hit theaters on May 22, 2015.
