Glassdoor has released its list of the best cities for jobs in the United States in 2015 and InvestorPlace is looking at the top 10 from that list.

The cities on this list were chosen due to their job score on the website. This takes into account hiring opportunity, cost of living and job satisfaction in these cities.

Here are the 10 best cities for jobs in 2015.

1. Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh has a job score of 4.1.
2. Kansas City, Mont. — Kansas City has a job score of 3.9.
3. Oklahoma City, Okla. — Oklahoma City has a job score of 3.9.
4. Austin, Texas — Austin has a job score of 3.9.
5. Seattle, Wash. — Seattle has a job score of 3.9.
6. Salt Lake City, Utah — Salt Lake City has a job score of 3.8.
7. San Jose, Calif. — San Jose has a job score of 3.7.
8. Louisville, Ky. — Louisville has a job score of 3.7.
9. San Antonio, Texas — San Antonio has a job score of 3.7.
10. Washington, D.C. — Washington, D.C. has a job score of 3.7.
