Kim Kardashian announced her pregnancy in the teaser following the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. A clip of her at the doctor shows her hearing about her pregnancy and also has her telling her sister, Khloé Kardashian, reports E!
Kim Kardashian said that her and Kanye West have been trying to have a child for the last year. The couple’s first child was born on June 15, 2013, in Los Angeles and is named North West, E! notes.
