Dunkin’ Donuts (DNKN) has announced plans to open 51 new stores in Va., and W. Va.
The 51 new Dunkin’ Donuts stores are the result of a deal signed with seven franchise operators. The deal will have the new locations being opened in the next several years. The soonest a new location will be opened is this year and the latest will be in 2023.
Of the 51 new Dunkin’ Donuts stores that are being opened in Va., and W. Va., 22 of them will be in Roanoke, Lynchburg and Blacksburg, Va. These stores will be operated by TBG Food Acquisition, which already has 60 other Dunkin’ Donuts stores and five more in development.
Franchise operators that are looking to build new Dunkin’ Donuts stores have four different options of design to choose from. These franchisees can also choose to mix and match design elements to give their stores a more personalized feel.
