Today is National Chicken Wings Day 2016 and Buffalo Wild Wings (NASDAQ:BWLD) is offering a great deal for its wings.
Customers that stop in at a participating Buffalo Wild Wings location today can get the restaurant chain’s chicken wings for half price. The deal is only available for customers that chose to dine-in. This doesn’t include taxes and tips.
Buffalo Wild Wings is also holding a contest on National Chicken Wings Day 2016 that can get customers free food from the sports bar. Customers that take a selfie while in a BWLD location and share it with the hashtag #BDUBSWINGDAY on Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) have a chance at winning gift cards.
The contest at Buffalo Wild Wings also requires that the person follows the official @BWWings Twitter account. The grand prize winner will get a $300 gift card and three first prize winners will each get $50 gift cards. The contest started on July 25 and ends today.
Buffalo Wild Wings isn’t the only restaurant trying to draw people in with cheap chicken wings today. Hooters is also offering deals to customers that stop by. It’s celebrating National Chicken Wings Day 2016 with all-you-can-eat wings.
Participating U.S. Hooters locations will be offering all-you-can-eat wings from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. today. The offer includes its boneless chicken wings and traditional chicken wings. Customers can choose from 21 different sauces to coat the wings with.
Fans of chicken wings should also keep an eye out for deals at their own hometown and local restaurants. Not everyone will celebrate National Chicken Wings Day 2016 like Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooters do, but it doesn’t hurt to check.
