MacBooks Filing: A regulatory filing for three new Mac computers in Russia has been discovered, reports MacRumors. The three Mac computers are believed to be the company’s upcoming refresh to the Macbook line of laptops. The model numbers for these devices are A1706, A1707 and A1708. Rumors claim that two of the devices will be the 13-inch and 15-inch versions of the new MacBook Pro. The other is likely a 13-inch version of a MacBook and could be a refresh for the Air line. The filings only make mention of “portable personal computers.”
macOS Sierra 10.12.1: Apple fans are now able to download macOS Sierra 10.12.1 to their Mac computers, AppleInsider notes. The release of macOS Sierra 10.12.1 fixes several issues that were present in the previous version of the operating system. It also enhances some features by adding extra compatibility with AAPL’s iPhone 7. The new update is 584 MB. It comes out as the tech company prepares for its “Hello Again” event on Thursday. It is believed that new MacBook laptops will be announced at this time.
iPhone 8 Rumors: A new batch of incredibly sketchy rumors claims that the iPhone 8 will blow away expectations, reports BGR. According to the rumors, which comes from tech blogger Robert Scoble, the iPhone 8 will be a clear piece of glass. He claims that it will have a handset it can be connected to with eye sensors and that it will be more powerful than NVIDIA Corporation’s (NASDAQ:NVDA) 1080 graphics card. The blogger also claims that the device will feature an OLED screen and will be made from Corning Incorporated’s (NYSE:GLW) Gorilla Glass.
