Don’t Miss the Bull Run in Gold

I am seeing signs that the next sector to go extremely bullish is gold — and I’m going to tell you exactly how to play it.

Below you can see two charts for gold.

The first is the daily chart for gold:

It is in a bullish symmetrical triangle — a pattern that is relatively easy to identify, and can be quite reliable to trade with very low failure rates. Because the symmetrical triangle is typically a continuation pattern (which indicates that a stock may be taking a slight detour toward where it’s ultimately headed, but it will likely resume its expected pattern), we want to trade this one on the side of the bulls. (Learn more about how to profit from this explosive symmetrical triangle pattern.)

On the weekly chart, you can see gold is in an ascending triangle, which is also a bullish pattern:

So that leaves us with the question: “How do we play this bullish move in gold?”

The answer is Randgold Resources Ltd., the stock also known as GOLD — not to be confused with the metal.

With Randgold we are dealing with a pattern called a bullish continuation wedge.

A bullish continuation wedge consists of two converging trendlines that are slanted downward. Unlike triangles, where the apex is pointed to the right, the apex of this pattern is slanted downward at an angle. This is because prices edge steadily lower in a converging pattern, i.e., there are lower highs and lower lows.

A bullish signal occurs when prices break above the upper trendline.

I think the breakout in GOLD will be huge, and I want you to get in before the massive melt up. I recommend that you buy the GOLD Dec 70 Calls (GUDLN), especially under $2.60. If they go above $2.60, try to wait for a dip to enter the position.

I think these calls are headed to the $6 area — and fast — which means you’ll be looking at a cool triple-digit profit.
