JDS Uniphase (NASDAQ:JDSU) is having a tough week. The company’s rating falls from a D to a F rating. JDS Uniphase is a provider of communications test and measurement solutionsand optical products for telecommunications service providers, wireless operators, cable operators, and network-equipment manufacturers. Westell Technologies‘s (NASDAQ:WSTL) rating weakens this week, dropping to a F versus last week’s D. Westell Technologies designs, manufactures, and distributes telecommunications products to telephone companies and other telecommunications service providers. The stock receives F’s in Earnings Growth, Earnings Momentum, and Earnings Revisions. Margin Growth and Sales Growth also get F’s. Compared to a month ago, shares of the company have remained flat.
