The total jackpot was $425 million with a lump-sum option of $242.2 million. The winner of the Powerball jackpot hasn’t been publicly announced and it’s unknown if they have come forward to claim the jackpot from Wednesday night’s drawing, reports San Jose Mercury News.

Wendnesday’s Powerball lottery jackpot is the sixth-largest jackpot in the United States and the fourth-largest jackpot in the history of Powerball. The jackpot had grown over 15 drawings after the last Powerball jackpot was won on Christmas Day,reports The Chicago Tribune.

The largest Powerball jackpot ever claimed was in May 2013 when a ticket for $590 million before taxes was sold in Florida, The Tribune notes.

The largest jackpot in the history of the United States is a $656 million Mega Million jackpot from 2012, reports ABC News.

The holder of the winning Powerball ticket isn’t the only one who will be enjoying some extra cash. The gas station where the ticket was old will also receive a $1 million prize, San Jose Mercury News notes.

There were also 17 Powerball lottery tickets that won $1 million and one ticket that won $2 million in Wednesday’s drawing, reports ABC News.
